Run by someone who works the trades

I’m Jason O’Keefe. I run OplyAI, an AI front-desk service for local businesses — so I live in the world of missed calls, after-hours emergencies, and owners who are too busy on the tools to do marketing. After 21 years running multi-unit operations at Starbucks, I started building phone and marketing automation for the trades, and now I write about the software side: the CRMs and automation platforms that are supposed to keep a shop’s pipeline full.

That gives this site two things most review sites don’t have:

1. Operator knowledge. I know what happens after the sale — onboarding, the features nobody uses, the follow-up sequence that actually books jobs. Reviews here are written from that vantage point.
2. A reason to be honest. If I steered you to a bad platform, you’d never trust anything else I write. My name is on every page.

How reviews work here

• Every review is based on genuine hands-on evaluation. No review gets a verdict before testing.
• We never invent star ratings, prices, or customer counts. If we haven’t tested it yet, the page says evaluation in progress.
• When a product pays us a commission, the page says so — see the affiliate disclosure.
